Single-Stitched Loose-Ply Buffing Wheels for Metal Finishing – 1/2" Arbor Hole

Crafted from ultra-soft Domet Flannel or tightly-woven Mirror Shine material, our Single-Stitched Loose-Ply Buffing Wheels are ideal for producing a flawless, mirror-like finish on metal, urethane, polyurethane, and cultured marble surfaces. Designed with a 1/2" arbor hole, they fit seamlessly onto small grinders, polishers, and lathes.

Product Features:

•Ultra-Fine Finishing: Ideal for final-stage polishing on aluminum, stainless steel, urethane, and cultured marble.

•Premium Material: Choose between Domet Flannel for softness or Mirror Shine material for a tighter, more controlled finish.

•Versatile Compound Pairing: For best results, pair with Competition Purple Compound (low melting point) or Blue Rouge Compound (high heat resistance).

•Buffing Wheel Maintenance: Rake your wheel regularly to remove hardened compound buildup. Less shine and dust means it's time to rake and reapply polish.

•Grinder Compatibility: Works perfectly with polishers like the MAKITA 9237C (3,500 RPM) or MAKITA GA7021 (6,000 RPM) for high-performance results.

•Recommended RPM: Operate at 2,000–2,200 RPM for optimal control and shine.

Mounting Instructions: Use with 3" Flat Steel Safety Flanges and a lock nut to ensure stability during use.

Perfect for professionals and DIY metal finishers alike, these single-stitched wheels are your ticket to consistent, high-luster results with minimal effort.
