Upgrade your first-cut polishing stage with spiral sewn denim buffing wheels built for heavy correction, controlled cutting, and reliable compound hold. These 16-ply denim buffing wheels combine dense denim fabric with tight spiral stitching to create a firm yet flexible polishing wheel that delivers more bite than standard soft cotton buffs while still following slight contours, rounded edges, and radius surfaces.

Designed for metal restoration, aluminum polishing, stainless steel polishing, steel buffing, plastic polishing, and wood finishing, these denim buffs are ideal for the preliminary cut before your final color buffing stage. Use them to help blend sanding marks, oxidation, road rash, scale, surface deposits, pitting, and other heavy surface imperfections before moving to a softer finishing wheel.

The woven denim face grips polishing compound efficiently, helping reduce sling and maintain consistent contact during use. Pair with a compatible heavy-cut compound such as black emery, black cutting compound, or brown tripoli for aggressive early-stage polishing. The spiral sewn construction adds controlled rigidity, allowing the wheel to stay firm under pressure without collapsing like softer buffs.

For best results, run sewn denim buffing wheels at approximately 2,000–2,200 RPM on a compatible rotary polisher or grinder. Mount securely with the proper safety flanges and lock nut. Always follow your machine manufacturer’s instructions, wear eye, face, hand, and respiratory protection, and test on a small area before full polishing.

Includes buffing wheel only unless your selected variation states otherwise. Compound, machine, flanges, and hardware are not included unless pictured or listed in the selected SKU.
