Aluminum Polishing (2-Step Process):
Orange 20-ply cutting wheel + Brown Tripoli compound
Yellow 16-ply coloring wheel + Green Rouge compound

Stainless Steel Polishing (2-Step Process):
Red airway buffing wheel + Black Magic compound
Pink airway buffing wheel + Yellow Deluxe compound
Optional: White buff + Blue Rouge for an extreme finish (≤2200 RPM)

Copper/Brass Polishing:
Prep with scuff pad or 600–800 grit sanding
Yellow airway buff + Yellow Deluxe compound
Pink airway buff + Purple High Luster compound
Use at 2200–2600 RPM for optimal results

Speed Guidelines by Wheel Size:
12"–16" wheels: 2600–3000 RPM
20" wheels: Max 2200 RPM
Always rake your buffing wheels between passes for best performance.
