10" Abrasive Pinwheel
The 10" Sanding Pinwheel from Renegade Products is meant for aggressive removal of surface imperfections and impurities from metal surfaces before polishing. Made with premium aluminum-oxide abrasives.

Available in 220, 320, 400, and 600 grit. The pinwheel is designed to tackle pitting, oxidation, rust, and heavy material removal.

Perfect for projects with perpendicular sides or corners where other sanding tools can’t reach. Great for curved surfaces—abrasive flaps contour better than rigid tools.

Run these Abrasive Pinwheels at no more than 2,500 RPM on a variable-speed grinder. Always use with Safety Flanges and a Renegade Grease Stick for optimal performance.

Pre-made Abrasive Pinwheels are color-coded to help you place the abrasive flaps on the top and bottom correctly.

How to build your own Abrasive Pinwheel:
Step 1: Install a 3" grinder extension and a safety flange.

Step 2: Install abrasive strips (non-abrasive side up) clockwise edge-to-edge—8 strips per side to form a full circle.

Step 3: Install abrasive strips (abrasive side up) counterclockwise using the same pattern. Adjust strips during installation for best results.

Step 4: Mount the other safety flange and fasten with a 5/8"-11 lock nut.
