Q: How should I choose my size?

A: Measure your chest carefully against our chart. If you are between sizes, new to binders, or have a fuller chest or broader shoulders, please size up. Do not size down, as comfort and safety are our priorities.

Q: Will this make my chest completely flat?

A: It is designed to create a smooth, natural silhouette. Results vary by body shape; while it provides compression, users with fuller chests may still have a slight natural contour for better comfort.

Q: Is it supposed to feel very tight?

A: It should feel snug and supportive, but never painful. You must be able to breathe and move freely. If it feels overly tight or restrictive, we recommend sizing up.

Q: Why does the binder shift or roll during wear?

A: Movement, body shape, and sizing can affect fit during wear. Ensure you have the correct size for a snug fit. For best results, adjust your chest tissue "down and out" after putting it on.

Q: Is this binder comfortable for long wear?

A: Our breathable fabric is built for daily use. However, limit wear to 8 hours max and never sleep in it. If you experience any discomfort or shortness of breath, remove it immediately.
