A. Yes. Please remove all metal accessories that are in contact with your body, including facial piercings, before using the device.
Q. Can I use Booster Pro X2 on my body?
A. Yes. Booster Pro X2 can be used on the body. It is recommended for areas where massage care for muscle tension or skin texture care is desired, such as the shoulders, neck, upper back, arms, and legs.
Q. My eye area twitches during use. Is this normal?
A. Yes. Mild muscle twitching around the eye area is a normal response to electrical stimulation. If you find it uncomfortable, you can reduce the intensity or turn off the vibration through the remote control feature in the AGE-R app.
Q. The LED light feels bright. Is that okay?
A. When using around the eye area, please keep your eyes closed. You can also turn off the LED through the remote control feature in the AGE-R app if preferred.
Q. How do I change the Dual Mode settings?
A. After connecting to the app, you can customize and save your preferred dual-mode combinations in the remote control. The default Dual Mode setting is Derma Shot X2 + Booster X2.
