Drive vehicle onto ramps
Drive slowly and steadily until tires rest fully on ramp supports. Engage parking brake once stopped. Do NOT exceed the 5-ton maximum load limit.
Lift vehicle with hydraulic system
Verify tires are properly positioned. Operate hydraulic mechanism to lift both sides evenly to your desired working height. Watch for shifting or wobbling during lifting.
Perform under-vehicle service
Double-check stability before starting oil changes or chassis inspection. Avoid applying heavy side force to the lifted vehicle.
Lower vehicle safely
Remove all tools under the car. Gradually release hydraulic pressure to lower the vehicle gently until tires touch ground completely.
Storage & routine maintenance
Reset hydraulic structure and wipe grease off frame. Store in dry garage. Regularly inspect hydraulic seals for leakage and steel frame for deformation.
