The motor includes an internal PTC protection program. If the motor overheats and shuts down, disconnect the power cord for user safety and allow time for the PTC to reset.

·Continuous operation should not exceed 1–3 minutes. For larger batches, blend in multiple shorter cycles.

·Great for smoothies, but not designed for blending pure ice. Always add enough liquid (water or other fluids) to ensure smooth blending.

·Overheat Protection: The unit will automatically shut off if the internal temperature reaches 150°C. Allow it to cool for 15–30 minutes, then reconnect power – it will resume normal operation. No need to return it.

·If you receive a damaged product, please take an unboxing video and contact customer service for assistance

·Burning Smell: A minimal burnt odor may be normal for a new machine. This can occur when the enameled copper wires exceed 150°C. The smell should dissipate within 5–10 minutes and will diminish with regular use.

·Smoking: Visible smoking is generally not expected. If this occurs, please immediately stop using the device, record a video, and contact customer service for assistance.
