How does agency volume pricing work?
You buy brand-tier workspaces (Starter, Growth, or Scale) at a discounted rate based on how many workspaces are in your book. Discount bands are 3–5, 6–15, 16–40, and 41+. Each band is about 10% off the previous rate. The band is earned by count — never granted ahead of it. At 40+ workspaces the rate card ends and the deal becomes a custom Enterprise Agency quote from $8,000/mo, priced off active shops and book GMV.
What's the minimum to start as an agency?
Three workspaces or $2,000/mo. Below that, buy standard brand plans. Floors on the rate card are the 41+ column ($196 / $590 / $1,311); anything below needs founder sign-off. Custom Enterprise Agency quotes floor at $8,000/mo.
Can I pass Growi through to my clients?
Yes. Most agencies pass through at brand list price ($299 / $899 / $1,999) and keep the volume discount as margin. At 10+ workspaces you can also formally reseller — buy at volume rates and set your own client price.
Do I get a referral fee for brands I send you?
Yes — 15% recurring for 12 months on any brand that signs its own direct Growi contract. Paid quarterly. Sign the rev-share agreement on day one so referrals during a pilot still count.
